These Terms of Service apply to your use of twinklepup.com and any purchase you make from TwinklePup. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our products
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and details such as pom-pom placement can vary a little from piece to piece. Our costumes are meant to be worn under supervision. Please don't leave your pet unattended while wearing one, and remove it if your pet seems uncomfortable.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. Bundle discounts are applied automatically in your cart. We may change prices or end promotions at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
Shipping, returns and refunds

Reviews
Some reviews on our site come from customers who bought this same costume from other sellers. These are labeled "Buyer of this cape." Reviews from our own customers are labeled "Verified Buyer."
Intellectual property
The TwinklePup name, logo, text and images on this site belong to TwinklePup or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, TwinklePup isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order.
